Business competitors have realised that greater impact can be achieved by working together on big sustainability issues. Refrigerants, Naturally! was portrayed in The Guardian’s Sustainable Business section. The initiative was highlighted for giving a good example on how direct competitors can work together in order to reach greater common goals. Refrigerants, Naturally! chair Antoine Azar, The Coca-Cola Company, emphasized how the collaboration between competitors has a much higher influence with law and policy makers regarding decisions about sustainability and the environment, such as the phase-out of HFCs.
